Bands to perform

On Aug. 10, at the Wildey Theatre in Edwardsville, Love Me Leave Me, Clockwork and DNA will put on a three-hour show with all proceeds benefiting Autism Speaks. Tickets are $10 each for general admission, and are available from the Wildey Theatre website (www.wildeytheatre.com) or from any band members. The first 150 guests will receive a Rock the Spectrum Concert T-shirt. An electric guitar signed by the bands (donated by Mojo’s Music of Edwardsville) will be raffled off. The show is open to all ages.

DNA, a band of brothers from Imperial Mo., is currently based in Nashville and is influenced by Queen and Muse. Clockwork has toured throughout the MIdwest and released an eight-song album in 2013, "Out to Sea." Love Me Leave Me is an Edwardsville pop/punk band that plays covers and originals; all band members are 15-18 years old. The event sponsors include: Ervin Cable Construction and Garrison Productions.
